Products
1.1 All products as showed on this website (as may be varied from time to time) are accessible in every city of the respective country under which the product is exhibited. Certain product ranges are available in designated delivery areas only and such information is given in the individual product pages.
1.2 All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we stand-in the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality, if the same is inaccessible after order confirmation notification.
1.3 If we are incapable to offer wine or any other add-ons (Finishing Touch items) with products ordered from selected ranges, the same information would be communicated to you either during or after placing your order.
1.4 Most of our products may not be obtainable for same-day delivery or other special delivery services. Such information is given in the particular product pages.
Although a very infrequent case, please note in some locations we may need an additional 24 hours for the delivery of gifts, wines, gift baskets etc. We deliver only the finest quality of gifts (branded items, wherever applicable).
Alcoholic Gifts
2.1 SendGiftsInIsrael.com does not sell alcohol to individuals under the age of 18. By using SendGiftsInIsrael.com site you swear and affirm that you are over the age of 18. SendGiftsInIsrael.com makes every effort to confirm that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone who is under the age of 18. By using this site, you are accepting that the person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from SendGiftsInIsrael.com is over the age of 18. You also agree that any alcohol purchased from SendGiftsInIsrael.com is proposed for personal consumption and not for resale. If you do not agree with these conditions of use please do not use this site. If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to provide alcohol to a person under the age of 18. SendGiftsInIsrael.com will prosecute you fully to the extent allowable by law.
2.2 Wines are available for delivery subject to government restrictions in the respective country/state/locality. We mention the restrictions in the shipping policy in the respective product pages.
2.3 Our services are provided to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By taking place to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.
2.4 We strongly suggest shipping your order to a business address whenever possible. an adult signature will be required (at least 18 years of age) at the time of delivery for every package. It is your accountability to guarantee an adult is available to sign for the shipment at delivery.
Shipments will not be delivered under the following circumstances:

Prices
3.1 Prices listed within the SendGiftsInIsrael.com Service are valid for a maximum of 14 days of submitting your order.
3.2 All prices are in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive VAT. We endeavor to ensure that our price list is current. Our price list can be accessed from our home page and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. If you have placed an order, we undertake to fulfill your order at the price listed at the time you ordered.
3.3 Prices include VAT for products, services & deliveries.
Orders / Payment
4.1 While to check out (place the order), you will be required to provide us with a few personal details, including the phone number and/or email id, along with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.
4.2 We accept payment by Paypal and all major credit cards Visa, Master.
4.3 By clicking on the ‘place order’ button at the end of the order process, you are accepting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions appearing anywhere on the SendGiftsInIsrael.com site.
4.4 Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.
Delivery
5.1 Selected products may not be available for delivery to certain localities. We try our best to provide with such information either on the respective product page, during checkout or will communicate you after you place your order.
5.2 We do not recommend courier deliveries to hospitals or army bases or funerals.
5.3 Shipping Methods – If you wish a delivery to be made within a specific time period, you can choose the respective shipping method shown on the respective product page. Please note that some shipping methods are subject to availability and that at certain times of the year the charges for the service may vary. The information and the available shipping methods are always provided on the respective product pages when you place your order.
5.4 Deliveries via courier services cannot be delivered at specific times. All orders will be delivered during the working day between 10 am to 7 pm (in the recipient time zone) during normal working days, Sunday to Thursday (exceptions are such high gifting days like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc. during which deliveries can happen beyond this time range).
5.5 Deliveries are available only on the days mentioned (that can be selected). If you could not choose a delivery date of your choice, it means a delivery is not possible on that day. Please contact our customer service team if you need any suggestions on any other gifts that may be available for your chosen day.
5.6 To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have provided with the full address details, including accurate postcode of the recipient and telephone number so that it would be easy for our delivery services to locate them. It would also be very helpful if you provide us with your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
5.7 Certain products cannot be delivered on a specific delivery date but will be delivered during a delivery period (for eg., delivery in 2-4 business days or 3-7 business days, etc.). The time it takes for such products to be delivered is shown on the respective product page near the shipping method area. Please contact our customer service for any questions you may have about delivery dates for such products.
5.8 Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that delivery will be on the requested delivery date or during the delivery period, you acknowledge that actual delivery will be via a local florist (or local gift shop, as applicable) or for certain orders via third party courier service. In very occasional circumstances delivery on the requested terms will not be possible, in such circumstances you will be given prior notice wherever possible.
5.9 In the case of delivery to certain locations, where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, Funeral Directors, airports, hotels, ships and other business locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
5.10 Please be aware that the carrier will deliver the goods to the address provided in good faith and we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer at that address and the receiver refuses or fails to return the items.
5.11 Please note that where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery, or unable to leave the delivery in a secure location, they will leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact and re-arrange delivery. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery to that or an alternative address.
5.12 Please note that if you order a number of items for delivery to the same address, they may be dispatched separately and we cannot guarantee delivery on the same day/time.
5.13 We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, heavy weather, earthquake, storm, hurricane or another natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

Our Customer Service Contact Centre is available Monday to Friday, however, we are able to receive information during weekends & national days.
Such requests for cancellation/amendment are processed subject to the request before cut-off time (the time before which the order is processed/prepared).
6.1 We regret that you may not cancel an order once your order is shipped/dispatched.
6.2 You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.
Disclaimer
7.1 (a) We accept liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence.
7.1 (b) Subject to clause 7.1(a), our liability in contract, tort (including negligence and breach of statutory duty) or otherwise arising by reason of or in connection with your order with us shall be limited to a multiple of [5] times the price you have paid for the products.
